Access to stored lead data is restricted to authorised personnel at Vyapar One only. We do not expose your data publicly. Row-level security policies ensure your information cannot be read via our public-facing client.

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Please contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our records within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Service providers — Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Meta WhatsApp Cloud API (messaging) who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements

7. WhatsApp Communications

By submitting your phone number, you expressly consent to receiving WhatsApp messages from Vyapar One. These messages may include a live demo sequence, follow-up from our growth team, and relevant product information.

We use the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to send messages. Meta's own privacy policy governs data processed through their platform. You can opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us at the email below.
